We offer a virtual queuing system, QCrowds, for fast paced lines, such as long lines at bars, nightclubs, events, banks, and supermarket checkouts. The application can also keep track of capacity and occupancy levels. As with our other system, customers can then monitor their place in line on their phone and request more time if necessary.

The queue management system can be used in conjuction with an occupancy counter. Customers can see if your place of business is full to capacity online, and if so join a virtual queue.
Customers can see their place in line on an app that is updated in real time so that they can wait wherever they like.
Customers can join the line by name or anonymously, as needed.
Customers can join the virtual waiting list online, by using a posted QR code, by using a kiosk, or by contacting an attendee.
Customer can request more time or canel their appointment on the app.
When not using the web app, customers can receive updates of their place in line by SMS or push notification.
The system is fully multilingual.
